Mr. Mullick concentrates his practice on general and complex commercial litigation. He has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving contractual disputes, business torts, real estate related actions, product liability, construction, insurance and reinsurance. He also handles suits involving application of foreign law, domesticating and enforcing foreign judgments, eminent domain and defamation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mullick was a senior associate of London Fischer LLP in New York where he focused his practice in the areas of construction industry and insurance defense litigation.
