Mr. Mullick concentrates his practice on general and complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving: commercial disputes, business torts, real estate related actions, construction, insurance and reinsurance, application of foreign law, enforcement of judgments and defamation. His bankruptcy experience includes representing trustees and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases, and prosecuting and defending adversary proceedings. Mr. Mullick also represents court-appointed receivers. He frequently appears in both state and federal court, and has significant arbitration experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mullick was with London Fischer, LLP in New York where he focused his practice in the areas of construction industry and insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Mullick serves on the Board of Directors and is actively involved in the operation of Sunil's Home, a Florida based charity that helps orphans in India. Mr. Mullick has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of Miami-Dade County Asian-American Advisory Board, which is involved in local issues of interest to the Asian-American community.
Mr. Mullick has been named a "Rising Star 2009" by Florida Super Lawyers.
