Mr. Helf concentrates his practice on general and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on all areas of construction law. He has litigated in areas involving business torts, construction disputes, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate related disputes, and judgment enforcement. Mr. Helf's clients represent a diverse range of large and small corporations conducting business in a wide variety of industries, as well as individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Helf served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where he tried over seventy bench and jury trials. Mr. Helf earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center and is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Mr. Helf is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Construction Law Committee and the Weston Business Chamber of Commerce, and serves as an at-large member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish National Fund, Broward and Palm Beach County region.
