Ms. Calhoun concentrates her practice in land use, where she focuses her practice on representation of developers of commercial and residential development and redevelopment during all stages of the development approval process.
A former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Ft. Lauderdale, Ms. Calhoun has experience preparing various documents involving municipalities. She has also served as legal advisor to several municipal boards and participated in litigation as a prosecuting attorney.
