Mr. Holtzman focuses his practice on a wide array of business transactions, including the representation of public and closely held companies, securities issuers and broker-dealers in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Ruden McClosky, Mr. Holtzman was a shareholder with a prominent Tampa law firm. Previously, he served as Senior Counsel for the Home Shopping Network and has substantial experience with retailers and wholesalers in the purchase of consumer goods and services. In addition, he has executive compensation experience with contracts, stock options, restricted stock, and 401(k) plans.
Mr. Holtzman has also served as Special Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and is an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
