Mr. Holtzman focuses his practice on a wide array of business transactions, including the representation of public and closely held companies, securities issuers and broker-dealers in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Ruden McClosky, Mr. Holtzman was a shareholder with a prominent Tampa law firm. He was previously Senior Counsel for the Home Shopping Network and also Special Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He also serves as an arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
