Mr. Bruschi focuses his practice on eminent domain litigation, commercial litigation involving governmental interlocal agreements, and general real property litigation. A former Assistant State Attorney and Assistant County Attorney for Broward County, Mr. Bruschi also has extensive experience in criminal trial work including white collar matters, wrongful death and personal injury litigation.
An AV rated attorney, Mr. Bruschi is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County, and Local Government and was recently appointed Law Chair of the Committee.
He is an adjunct professor of law at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Mr. Bruschi has been published numerous times. His article "The Survey of Florida Evidence," was published in the Nova Law Review from 1991-1996. He also had an article published in 1997 in the American Bar Journal, Local Government Section entitled, "Researching on the Internet." While in law school, Mr. Bruschi served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review and authored an article entitled, "The Establishment Clause & the Supreme Court," 10 Nova L. Rev. 275 (1986).
