Ms. Glas-Castro is a Certified Land Planner at Ruden McClosky and is a court certified Mediator.
Her professional experience encompasses a wide range of land development activities. She prepares and negotiates Developments of Regional Impact, rezoning petitions, land use plan amendments, comprehensive plans, vested rights determinations, concurrency reviews, variances, environmental impact statements and alcoholic beverage requests. She also has extensive experience negotiating development exaction and impact fees. In addition, Ms. Glas-Castro acts as an expert witness in land use and eminent domain cases as well as administrative hearings and conducts due diligence related to real estate transactions.
Active in the planning profession, Ms. Glas-Castro was elected to serve as President of the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA-FL) and previously served as the Chair of its Treasure Coast Section. She is also involved in her local community and served as a past president and charter member of the Lake Park Historical Society.
