Mr. Snyder assists attorneys and clients with a variety of Land Use issues, including consultation and information on issues related to Chapter 380 and Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
Formerly the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Review Coordinator for the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, Mr. Snyder has extensive experience with developments of regional impact and local government comprehensive plans.
In addition, Mr. Snyder has many years experience working for the State of Florida, Department of Community Affairs as a Planner and as Planning Manager. Prior to working for the DCA, he worked as environmental specialist for Savannah Laboratories and Environmental Services providing environmental services to both private companies and regulatory agencies of both local and state government.
