Ms. Tranford is in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group and concentrates her practice in commercial transactions, primarily involving commercial real estate and commercial lending. She also has extensive experience in condominium document preparation and environmental law issues.
Ms. Tranford is the co-author of a chapter on sanctions in the Eleventh Circuit Federal Practice Manual for Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Co. that was published in 1997. She also published an article, 'Creating Meaning Within a Gray Area: Redefining Likelihood of Confusion in Libman Company v. Vining Industries,' in 26 Stetson Law Review 91 (1997).
While in law school, she served as Articles and Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review and Lead Articles Editor for Volume 26:1 of the Stetson Law Review.
She previously served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida and as a vice president of the Indian Rocks Library.
