Mr. Kopelman concentrates his practice in all areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association operation and commercial lending.
Mr. Kopelman is a former member of several civic organizations including the Broward County Charter Review Commission, the City of Hollywood Community Redevelopment Advisory Board, the City of Hollywood Charter and Ordinance Advisory Committee, the Downtown Hollywood Center, Inc., the City of Hollywood Annexation Advisory Board, the City of Hollywood Planning and Zoning Code Revision Committee, the Broward County Educational Facilities Authority, the Broward Beautiful Advisory Board, the Broward Regional EMS Council, and a Board member of Memorial Healthcare System of Broward County, Inc. He also previously served on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee of the 17th Judicial Circuit.
