Mr. Young is a litigation attorney with experience in commercial and bank litigation before all state and federal courts in Florida. His representation has included structuring and documenting loan workouts, resolution of bank operation issues, defense and prosecution of lender liability cases, insurance defense regarding land title issues, and realtor and broker issues in state court matters. He also represents investors in locating and acquiring portfolios and specific assets.
Mr. Young is the co-author of Florida Mortgage Foreclosures and has lectured on workouts and foreclosures for Professional Education Systems, Inc. and the Fourth Institute on Real Property Law at the University of Miami Law Center.
