Mr. Wechsler concentrates his practice in torts, product liability, insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. He has represented numerous major product manufacturers and insurance companies, with a strong focus on automotive and aviation product liability. Mr. Wechsler counsels clients in all aspects of product liability from pre-lawsuit matters to the trial of the case.
Mr. Wechsler has earned a national and statewide reputation handling complex tort, product liability and commercial matters. He has lectured in the areas of advanced auto torts, punitive damages and seat belts and has offered testimony before the Florida Senate and House of Representatives on proposed legislation dealing with confidentiality agreements in litigation and the Sunshine in Litigation Act.
Mr. Wechsler represents clients in matters involving products liability, professional malpractice and complex civil and commercial litigation. He has represented automobile manufacturers and dealers, airlines and others in the aviation industry, financial institutions, truck and fork lift manufacturers, health care providers, tool and machinery manufacturers, insurance companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, tire manufacturers, physicians and hospitals, attorneys and accountants.
