Mr. Ursini concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, operational defense litigation for financial institutions, Trust and Estate litigation, and construction litigation. He has considerable experience in representing financial institutions in the areas of depositor's claims of forgeries, embezzlement, wrongful dishonor, and violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Billing Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act. Mr. Ursini has spoken at numerous engagements relating to operational defense matters for financial institutions.
At Stetson College of Law, Mr. Ursini was a member of the Moot Court Team, a charter member of the Business Law Society, and research assistant. He also clerked with the Second District Court of Appeals.
Mr. Ursini is highly involved in the local real estate development and is active in the community participating in philanthropic events for various charitable organizations such as the Sarasota Humane Society. He is active in fostering diversity and developing a legal community that is both inclusive and culturally diverse. He was previously involved with the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Sarasota In addtion, he has served on multiple committees for the Sarasota Chapter of The United Way.
