A member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Group, Ms. Theodore concentrates her practice in the representation of public and private sector clients in wide array of issues including wage/hour law, labor relations, and employment discrimination.
Ms. Theodore is board certified by The Florida Bar as a City, County and Local Government Law specialist.

Ms. Theodore is board certified by The Florida Bar as a City, County and Local Government Law specialist. Ms. Theodore participated in Harvard University's program on negotiation for senior executives and is certified as a circuit court civil mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. She has also been trained in the mediation of governmental issues, in the design of alternative dispute resolution systems and in arbitration of disputes.
Ms. Theodore has experience in advising public sector clients on such issues as procurement, contracting, ethics, intergovernmental agreements and funding. She assists private sector clients on doing business with governmental entities. She has also drafted employment agreements, small business enterprise policies, and provided counsel and assistance in the formation of SBEs, MBEs and WBEs.
Ms. Theodore is fluent in French and Creole and has teamed with other specialists in the Firm to assist international clients in business transactions and international child custody matters.
Ms. Theodore is an alumnus of Leadership Tampa and served as a member of the organization's Board of Directors. She is a past president of both the Bay Area Legal Services, Inc. and the Haitian Civic Club of Tampa Bay, Inc. Ms. Theodore has served in leadership positions with the George Edgecomb Bar Association and the National Bar Association.
