Mr. Soble concentrates his practice in commercial real estate development, leasing and financing and asset based lending. He also has extensive experience in land acquisition and construction law matters. His clients include developers, contractors, realtors, financial institutions and private investors. As counsel, he has been involved in many of the Tampa Bay area landmark and real estate developments. Mr. Soble is the Administrative Partner of the Firm's Tampa office and a member of the Firm's Management and Executive Committees.
A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Soble has presented numerous lectures and workshops to the shopping center industry on its behalf.
In addition to Mr. Soble's current community activities, he is the past chairman of the Board of Trustees of Menorah Manor, Inc. He has also been an active as a member of Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Mental Health Services (President, 1985-1988; Vice Chairman, 1991-1998), and a member of the Board of Directors of the Tampa Downtown Partnership (1991 - 2000).
Mr. Soble was recently named to the “Who’s Who Legal: USA” by the International Bar Association. Only 313 lawyers were named in 45 states, 7 of which in Florida, were named as leaders in the field of Real Estate Law. He has been recommended by The Legal 500 US for Florida Real Estate and Construction related work in the areas of development, leasing and finance.
