Mr. Shear concentrates his practice on real estate work including real estate transactions, commercial lending and commercial leasing.
Mr. Shear, a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tampa, Florida, represented the City in all aspects of land development including zoning, permitting, subdivision, and environmental regulation. He also represented a number of City Boards including the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Tree and Landscape Board, the Contractor Licensing Board and the Architectural Review Commission.
Mr. Shear spent several years as president and General Counsel of Natural Art, Inc., a sports manufacturing and retail company, where he was responsible for legal representation, finance acquisition and day-to-day operations.
