Mr. Russell is double Board Certified in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law. He specializes in complex commercial litigation including foreclosures, anti-trust, securities and product liability defense, and currently represents General Motors in several complex product cases in South Florida. Additionally, Mr. Russell has represented clients before many local and statewide political bodies and has represented state agencies and local units of government as well.

He has been a member of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar and is a former member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. He is a former President of the Broward County Bar Association, former Chairman of the Seventeenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and former Chairman of the Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission. He served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Nova Southeastern University Law School from 1991 to 1997 and as President of the Florida State University Law School Alumni Association in 1986. |
