Ms. Rubin represents financial institutions in lender liability, foreclosure and general operational and trust litigation, and life, health and disability carriers, HMOs, and health care providers in ERISA and contractual disputes in Florida state and federal courts. She also has a general business litigation practice which includes the representation of clients in complex commercial and class action litigation relative to contracts, business torts, intellectual property, product liability, real estate, construction, environmental, probate and health care issues.
Ms. Rubin is Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Eighth and Eleventh Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals. Ms. Rubin is AV® rated by Martindale Hubbell. She is former member of the Firm's Management Committee.
