A member of the Firm's Litigation, Health Law and Construction Practice Groups, Mr. Ragusa concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in construction, commercial, professional liability, product liability, healthcare, managed care, HMO, business and corporate litigation.
Mr. Ragusa has been involved in several professional organizations. He previously served as Chair of the The Florida Bar's Client's Security Fund as well as The Florida Bar's Member Benefits Comittee. He has also served as the Supervisor for the Bella Verde Lake, Golf and East Community Development Districts and as the Vice-President of the Westchase Community Association, Inc.
While in law school he served as a Judicial Intern with the Second Judicial Circuit Court.
