Mr. Platock represents clients who purchase, sell, finance or lease real or personal property. In addition to representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, Mr. Platock represents borrowers and lenders in acquisition, development, construction, asset-based, multi-state, syndicated credit, and troubled loan workout transactions. He is very familiar with development and construction matters and regularly deals with all types of businesses and properties, large and small, in both simple and complex settings.
Before practicing law, Mr. Platock authored land use and market studies and helped prepare MAI appraisals at Landauer Associates, Inc., a national real estate consulting firm.
Mr. Platock is an authorized agent for most all of the national title insurance underwriters. He has lectured on real estate topics at seminars presented by the Real Estate Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mr. Platock served as a research and teaching assistant while attending the University of Florida.
