Mr. Partlow is a member of the Firm's litigation practice group with considerable experience in litigating a broad range of commercial disputes at all stages including mediation, arbitration and post judgment recovery. Some of the matters Mr. Partlow regularly handles include those involving construction defects and liens, product liability, premises liability, insurance defense, non-compete agreements, intellectual property, securities violations, landlord tenant, foreclosure, land use, real estate and employment issues.
While in law school, Mr. Partlow served as a senior associate member of the Law Review. He also interned for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, in the Middle District of Florida and the Hillsborough County State Attorney's office where he gained experience prosecuting numerous jury trials.
