Mr. Mihokovich is a litigator with experience in all phases of the litigation process, including both federal and state trials, appeals, mediations and arbitrations. Among the areas of law in which he has significant experience are covenants not to compete, deed restrictions, homeowner's associations, insurance, construction, business disputes, intellectual property and various other commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Mihokovich is a member of The Florida Bar News/Journal Editorial Board and has written for a Florida Bar Publication entitled Florida Civil Trial Practice. Mr. Mihokovich was a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society. While in law school, he was Articles Editor of The Akron Law Review.
Mr. Mihokovich is also a member of the Mensa, the High IQ Society and has served as a volunteer Pony baseball manager.
