Our technology facilitates the flow of information between attorney and client as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use state-of-the-art equipment -including servers, personal computers and laptops, wireless hand-held devices -all connected via an international networking system to ensure that  our attorneys have complete access to current information and communications, anytime and anywhere.  Our attorneys can communicate with clients and with their staff twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world - with the assurance of complete privacy and confidentiality.  With two fully redundant, state-of-the art datacenters located in the Southeast and Midwest, our systems are fully protected, enabling seamless system access and uninterrupted communications, whether during a regular workday or in the event of a hurricane or other major business disruption.

Utlilizing the firm's technology platform (e-mail and internet, voicemail, in-house video-conferencing, facsimile, iManage/FileSite document management, Elite time and billing, and calendaring capabilities)  we continually seek to improve service delivery by linking clients to their attorneys, paralegals and support staff, enhancing timekeeper productivity, and improving practice management.

Resources

We provide our attorneys the necessary resources (information, research tools, and the latest technologies) to enable them to focus on their practice  and delivery of exceptional client service. Ruden McClosky’s in-house Litigation Support Department employs the latest trial presentation technology, enabling our attorneys to prepare and manage, support, and present cases most effectively and at less expense to the client.  Our practice support capabilities enable our attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage document-intensive cases and deposition transcripts more efficiently and effectively.  A variety of services are offered, including the creation of electronic filings and the profiling of documents into databases.  With our document imaging and profiling systems, any subsequent searches for specific information - either during case preparation or at trial - are greatly simplified and expedited, resulting in cost savings to our clients for paralegal and attorney time.

Information Technology Support

Ruden McClosky’s network infrastructure is designed to provide a completely reliable computing environment for attorneys and staff.  A skilled and knowledgeable Information Technology department monitors the systems and provides ‘round-the-clock support.  New technologies are constantly evaluated and deployed to take advantage of new applications and functionality as they become available.  Our  Information Technology department can also facilitate client collaboration through client-site provision of portable computing equipment, including laptops, printers, and Internet access as needed.
